The Libby Bortz Assisted Living Center is a three story residential assisted living located in the historical downtown area of Littleton, Colorado. The Center is a tax-credit financed development with 111 assisted living apartments for modest income adults over the age of 62. The maximum income for one person is $30,120 and for couples the maximum income is $34,380. All of the apartments are private, unfurnished studios and the Center offers three meals daily plus snacks, weekly laundry, weekly housekeeping, activities and other services.
The Libby Bortz Assisted Living Center is named after a long-time Littleton resident and volunteer in appreciation of her many years of service to the Littleton Housing Authority and the community.
